Must-Have :

• 2 years of experience in NICU level III
• Ability to provide proof of license

Description :

Looking for a registered nurse specializing in the NICU.

The nurse will be responsible for caring for neonates in intensive care.

The ratio of patients to nurses is 1 : 3.

Knowledge of charting systems is required.

Experience with feeding, monitoring, and managing various neonatal conditions is essential.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts between days and nights is necessary.

Weekend shifts will be required.

Interdisciplinary support is available within the unit.

The unit has a capacity of 33 beds and handles a daily census of approximately 16 patients.

Special procedures and care techniques will be utilized for neonates, including those requiring surgery or intensive observation.

Candidates should be proficient in using a variety of medical equipment and technologies used in a NICU setting.

Effective communication with patients and families is a critical aspect of this role.
