Make an Impact

Our Senior Visual Merchandisers make an impact by bringing Fossil's brand vision to life through innovative in-store and window presentations that inspire guests and drive performance. They combine creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration to execute compelling global visual merchandising strategies across retail and wholesale environments. This role partners cross-functionally with category creative directors, marketing, image design, and merchandising teams to align visual direction with brand and business goals. Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion retail industry
• Strong conceptual and creative skills with a passion for design, style, and brand storytelling
• Experience creating and implementing compelling in-store and window merchandising displays
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign ; experience with 3D design software preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing samples, fixture buys, paperwork, and execution of visual directives
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Brand, Environmental Design, Procurement, Marketing, and Store Operations
• Knowledge of industry trends and a strong understanding of innovative design, layout, and composition
• Creative problem-solver who can adapt quickly and execute ideas efficiently
• Ability to travel as required and lift up to 25 lbs
