Senior Video Producer

• Mills James is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Producer to join our innovative and collaborative team. • The Senior Video Producer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest professional standards. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can effectively manage resources, guide client messaging, and collaborate with internal and external teams. Lead the scripting and storyboarding process to develop compelling content.

Allocate resources, establish project deadlines, and manage post-production edit sessions.

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the creation of multimedia content that aligns with client goals.

Plan and coordinate video shoots, including scouting and reserving live or virtual locations.

Manage client relationships by setting clear expectations, maintaining open communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills to convey ideas effectively.

At least five years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant production software.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Occasional lifting and carrying of equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

Visual and auditory ability to assess video and audio quality.
