The Bookkeeper will perform a range of bookkeeping tasks in a casual, but driven environment. The details are important and this role will help our company continue to succeed and growth.

We anticipate a schedule of 10 hours / week. Our office hours are 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm CT, M - F, and the successful candidate will generally be able to select their in-office hours over two or more days per week. This position is based in our new, modern Hinckley, IL location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update and maintain QuickBooks data and reports
• Manage account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of transactions
• Prepare quotes, invoices, itemized statements and record amounts due for items purchased and / or services rendered
• Prepare purchase orders
• Create reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents as needed
• Maintain files, both electronic and paper, in a manner which meets document management and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Track fixed assets and help prepare depreciation schedules
