This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of financial processes.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with established practices and procedures.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Handle full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to address financial inquiries and provide solutions.
- Prepare and review financial reports to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Ensure all bookkeeping processes align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize QuickBooks to organize and maintain financial data efficiently.
- Identify discrepancies in financial records and resolve them promptly.
- Support the team in improving workflows and maintaining a dependable work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably handling multiple clients.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks with hands-on experience managing financial data.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience conducting bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle payroll operations.
