Distribution Center Associate – CTO Team

The Opportunity :

Join our passionate, creative and enthusiastic Cut to Order Team (CTO)! Does your ideal job involve being active and working closely with others? Do you see deadlines as challenges to meet? We are seeking several hard-working, reliable, and personable individuals within our warehouse.

What You’ll Do :

• Use high-tech Vocollect, to pick and cut raw materials including wire, sheet, and coil to meet our customers’ specifications
• Work in a dynamic team environment and make decisions as a group with your Team Leader
• Communicate effectively, clearly, and consistently with your team and your Team Leader
• Suggest and participate in process improvements
• Meet accuracy and productivity standards
• Lift 20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift, reach, twist, and walk regularly throughout your shift
