CPA Licensed Regional Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Regional Senior Accountant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries

Partner with leadership to prepare financial reports and ensure adherence to internal controls

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3+ years of relevant accounting experience in the insurance industry

Prior supervisory experience over other staff accountants

CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred

Strong working knowledge of GAAP and insurance brokerage financial reporting
