As the DON, you will be the valuable leader in maintaining a collaborative team to excel in positive patient outcomes and company growth objectives.

• DON will coach / mentor field clinicians on clinical processes and documentation and help improve overall outcomes and clinical satisfaction
• DON will assist in innovation in clinical and back-office processes to improve company performance.
• DON will lead on QAPI measures and initiatives
• DON will operate as a clinical leader company-wide
• DON will perform QA and billing audits to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.
