Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician in northeast Ohio, you’ll be the go-to expert, servicing and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial properties. Your days will include :

Responding to service calls and performing planned maintenance

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems

Performing system inspections and ensuring safe, efficient operation

Educating customers on solutions and upgrades that make sense for their home or business

Participating in ongoing training and contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused team

High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree a plus)

1+ years of HVAC experience required

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to perform emergency service coverage as needed

General professional appearance required

Must pass background checks
