As part of this cohort, you'll play a key role in crafting the growth of Chewy's business by analyzing trends, making data-driven decisions, negotiating with vendors, and getting results in a category that touches millions of pet parents.

This isn't a back-office data job. It's a frontline business role where you'll learn to think like an entrepreneur, negotiate like a dealmaker, and use data to drive decisions that develop Chewy's future. In this program you will gain real ownership, cross-functional exposure, and a foundation to grow into a business leader.

What You'll Do :

• Turn data into strategy : analyze weekly sales and performance metrics to uncover insights and drive action.
• Shape the business : recommend and refine promotions, pricing, and profit margin strategies.
• Partner with vendors : meet bi-weekly / monthly to solve problems, spot growth opportunities, and negotiate terms and costs.
• Drive growth : identify and onboard new products and vendors, expanding Chewy's assortment.
• Deliver results : own analyses and decisions that directly impact your category's performance.
