Job Duties

• Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and service at various customer locations
• Perform site surveys and move out inspections as well as repairs needed.
• Accurately communicate and discuss work performed with customer and internal management.
• Turn in all reports / invoicing / service tickets in a timely manner.
• Nights / weekend on call rotation currently about one a month.
• Even mix of new / billable service as well as PM turnover and repairs.

Requirements :

The perfect candidate would have a minimum of five years' experience in providing quality commercial and industrial service and maintenance to a wide range of facility equipment. We are also interested in high quality residential technicians who are interested in making the leap from residential to commercial service.
