Customer service representatives are responsible for assisting customers with product information and provide order status through phone and email.
Duties :
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge of products
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in a customer service role is a plusExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feetAbility to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalismProficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyPay : $17-$20 based on experience

Schedule : Monday - Friday
Hours : 8am-5pm
