We are seeking skilled CDL A OTR truck drivers to operate on a dynamic route schedule. Our fleet is based in the Midwest, with future expansion plans.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
- Drivers can expect to be out on the road for 2 weeks at a time, servicing multiple states, with some flexibility to avoid inclement weather.
- Work is customer-based, with opportunities for dedicated routes through our logistics arm.
- Our trucks are well-maintained sleeper units, and drivers have the option to take them home if they have secure parking.
- Additionally, we offer $25 per hour detention pay after 2 hours at the facility and competitive mileage rates for fair compensation.
- Drivers also receive reimbursement for maintenance expenses, up to a maximum of $1,000 per week.
- Our dispatch team is flexible and accommodating, allowing drivers to balance work and personal life.

Requirements for this position include :
At least 3 years of experience as a CDL A driver.The driver must be at least 25 years old and under the age of 75 due to insurance reasons.No more than one moving violation on their MVR in the last 2 years, and no DOT failures or criminal history in the last 15 years.
