Job descriptionRegistered Nurse with Active License In Ohio 2+ years of experience in a Long Term Care setting not a complete list of all responsibilities Provide leadership to the nursing staff and manage all nursing personnel operations. Supervise and conduct performance appraisals, provide mentorship, and take disciplinary action when necessary Ensure the nursing department and facility comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards
