Role : Workday Techno - Functional Project Manager

Location : Coppell, TX - oniste

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRIS / IT project management experience
• 5+ years hands-on Workday implementation or process design experience
• Deep SME knowledge across multiple Workday modules (Core HCM mandatory; Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning strongly )
• Strong experience in global HR process harmonization and standardization projects
• Proven experience managing global stakeholders, vendors, and SI partners
• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
• PMP, Prince2, or Workday certification .
