Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed structural designs using AutoCAD 3D, ensuring client requirements, safety standards, and environmental sustainability are met.
• Conduct on-site investigations to gather critical data for planning and design, including erosion control and environmental impact assessments.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Work closely with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other professionals to deliver successful projects.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, designs, and drawings, translating complex engineering concepts for clients and stakeholders.
• Create detailed designs for drainage, shoring, and other site development elements.
• Stay updated on the latest engineering trends and innovations, applying new knowledge to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in structural or civil engineering.
• Licensure: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of stormwater design, grading, utility layouts, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license for site visits and project-related travel.
