Rhoades McKee is seeking a mid-level litigation attorney to join our nationally recognized and expanding litigation practice group. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 5 to 10 years of experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility in managing complex civil litigation matters and contributing to a collaborative, full-service firm.

About the Role

We're looking for a litigation attorney who can confidently handle cases from initial client contact through resolution - including strategy, discovery, trial, mediation, and arbitration - in both State and Federal courts across Michigan. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal acumen, initiative, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of civil litigation experience
• Licensed (or eligible to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in Michigan
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and contribute to team-based litigation strategy
• A partial or full book of business is not required but will be viewed favorably
