About the Role :

A leading Bay Area builder is seeking a Project Manager with extensive DSA experience to oversee education-sector construction projects, including new construction, renovations, and campus modernizations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced, compliance-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of DSA-regulated construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, cost controls, owner reports, and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, the DSA inspector, and school district personnel.
• Lead OAC and internal project team meetings.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and DSA documentation workflows.
• Ensure project quality, compliance, and safety standards are consistently upheld.
