Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize communications opportunities for contact center and sales channels
Plan and execute communication campaigns to support business initiatives and improve customer interactions
Manage knowledge bases and coordinate team engagement efforts to enhance employee performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
5+ years of experience in developing communications strategies and managing large-scale contact center operations
Telecom background and experience as a Communication Manager
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Design, and video creation / editing tools
Demonstrated project management skills with experience in establishing timelines and detailed reports
