• Additional Details : Permanent NP position with a CAH covering outpatient clinic with some cross coverage to ERWorking in CAH and clinicMust be able to see all ages Covering outpatient, primary care clinicProvider will carry your own panel of patientsProvider will diagnose and treat short-term illnesses, provide preventative care including routine checkups, perform health-risk assessments, offer immunizations and screening tests, extend personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, as well as manage and coordinate care for those with chronic conditions.Occasional admitting and rounding on inpatientsBusy clinic days will be 10 - 12 patients, normal days 5 - 7Responsible for ER at times (will be solo in the ER)There is a video / audio system in the ER for backup access to a PhysicianCall responsibility / coverage divided between providersVery good working conditions, family atmosphere4 day work week (Shifts fall within Monday - Friday)BLS certification needed2 years of NP or PA experience required in Clinic and some ER
