Straight Cool Mechanical is a primarily commercial HVAC service company that works for many of the large retail locations and malls in South Texas. We are looking for an experienced admin / dispatcher. As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling service calls with customers and following up on workorders and parts. You will work closely with the Office and Service managers to ensure that work orders are processed quickly and efficiently. This position does allow for occasional work from home. Experience with dispatching software such as Service titan or Housecall pro is preferred
