Do you spot discrepancies others miss? Are you at your best when counting, validating, and correcting the record so production never skips a beat? Join us as a Cycle Count & Reconciliation Coordinator and be the hub between warehouse, shipping, and receiving to keep inventory precise.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Cycle Counting

Execute daily / weekly / monthly cycle counts per policy.

  • Document results with precision and report variances promptly.
  • Complete counts efficiently within set timelines.
  • Reconciliation & Root Cause

    • Investigate transaction history to identify the source of errors.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to correct records and locations.
  • Resolve issues tied to mislabeling, wrong storage locations, or system mistakes.
  • ERP Data & Reporting

    • Enter cycle results in the ERP (Oracle) without error.

  • Produce and review cycle count reports to track accuracy trends.
  • Support reporting on discrepancies and corrective actions.
  • Accuracy & Quality Control

    • Validate part numbers, product identification, and bin / location accuracy.

  • Ensure proper labeling / handling during counts.
  • Assist with physical inventory audits as needed.
  • Compliance & Continuous Improvement

    • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

  • Suggest process improvements to reduce future errors.

    • You Bring

  • Background in shipping / receiving
  • Warehouse operations experience
  • Time in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP tools (Oracle preferred)
