Job Type : Contract - Onsite

Pay Range : $100 / hr - $120 / hr

We're looking for a visionary GenAI Architect to lead our AI strategy in digital banking for retail and small business services. You'll identify and implement AI opportunities to improve both internal operations (like development and testing) and customer?facing experience (like personalization and interactions).

Responsibilities

• Drive GenAI Opportunities : Spot AI?driven improvements across internal and customer?facing digital journeys.
• Lead AI Architecture : Help shape the architecture and platforms for GenAI in our digital services.
• Boost Developer Productivity : Implement tools (like GitHub Copilot) to improve team efficiency in development and testing.
• Prototype & Innovate : Create demos and proof?of?concept solutions to show what GenAI can do in banking.
• Mentor & Educate : Teach teams about AI tools, design best practices, and responsible AI principles.
• Governance & Compliance : Ensure AI solutions follow regulatory and ethical standards.
