On-Site Registered Nurse Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience

Robotics surgery experience preferred

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Operating Room RN Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in the operating room

Assist surgical teams with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care

Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition

Maintain a sterile field and follow infection control protocols

Accurately document patient care and surgical procedures

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
