To flourish in this role, you'll need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited program along with state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification is preferred, and additional specialized certifications - whether in geriatrics, neurology, or other fields - would certainly be a bonus.
