M&R Mattress is a family owned mattress manufacturer / distributor expanding our territory in California. All territories open. We are seeking a self-motivated outside sales professional who can both prospect new accounts and develop existing channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Travel within Southern and Northern California to identify, call on, and close new retail / dealer accounts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, upsell premium mattress sets and accessories.
- Attend trade shows, demo events, client meetings in-person.
- Manage your sales pipeline, track leads, close deals and report results.
Compensation & Benefits :
100% Commission-only (independent contractor status); no base salary.Highly competitive commission percentage, with bonuses for exceeding quotaSupport includes : sample / demo mattress units, marketing materials, lead-lists (if applicable), product training.Must have own transportation and insuranceAt least 6 months experience in the same industryEnjoy a 7% weekly payout-above industry averageIdeal Candidate :
Outside sales experience (strong preference for home-furnishing / mattress / bedding / furniture).Comfortable with field sales, prospecting, negotiating, and closing.Self-organized, disciplined, able to travel within territory and manage independent schedule.Why join us?
