Job Summary :

Join our client in Tulsa, OK, as a Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator II. You'll play a vital role in managing the procure-to-pay process, ensuring smooth material flow for both capital and operational needs. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and create requisitions and receipts in the ERP system.
• Assist with sourcing and contracting processes.
• Expedite purchase orders to meet delivery schedules.
• Track open orders and monitor supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and provide updates.

Skills Required :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps.
• 1–4 years of relevant work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Oil and gas industry experience is a plus but not required.
