Compensation : $250K"$300K+, depending on your workload & preferences, 1099

Schedule : Flexible round and go model " start your day when it works best for you

Call : Weekend call only (1 : 5) and no night call

MD / DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics

Active New York medical license

DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Medicare & Medicaid billing numbers

Prior nursing home experience a plus
