Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Accounting & Business Support Intern to join our team. This role will primarily assist the accounting department with data entry and collections while also contributing to cross-departmental tasks that support our sales and production teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

• Support the accounting department with accurate and timely data entry.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable, including collections and customer follow-ups.
• Help maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for the sales team (e.g., processing orders, maintaining sales records).
• Assist the production team with coordination tasks as needed.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business operations.
