Locums Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Las Cruces, NM Assignment Dates - Start Date : 1 / 13 / 2025- End Date : Ongoing Coverage Need - Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Position Details - Practice Settings : Inpatient and Outpatient- EMR System : Cerner- Patient Load : 4 Patients per Shift- Beds in Department : 250- Call Type : Beeper, 30-minute response time- Call Ratio : 1 : 10, with 30% callback- Shifts : 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call Submission Requirements - Active NM license required or currently in process- Board certification required with at least 1 year of experience- ACLS, BLS, PALS - Case logs of blocks performed required- Clean history- Must reside more than 60 miles from facility Skill Requirements - Anesthesia Skills : - General Anesthesia : Adult and Pediatric - Spinal and Epidural Anesthesia - Complex Orthopedic and Neurosurgical (Spine) Cases - Regional Anesthesia (Preferred), Ventilation Management, Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues- Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing regional blocks
