Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF HUMINT SME to support a federal government client. As a SOF HUMINT SME, you will :

• The HUMINT SME shall reside within the MRSG T-Cell and must have a clear understanding of the MARFORSOC organization, structure, and mission to perform management and coordination functions across all aspects of counterintelligence / HUMINT.
• Participate in required meetings.
• Advise, assist, and coordinate CI / HUMINT script writing. Interview, and manage uniformed and contracted HUMINT role players for TRX I and TRX II training utilizing government provided criteria.
• Be adequately prepared for all training event(s) including being on time and with appropriate equipment.
• Coordinate with MRSG T-Cell personnel to capture input for and the preparation of written After Action Reports (AAR), evaluations or other required documents as requested by the MRSG.
• Supports the exercise Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) process and the implementation of Operations and Intelligence Fusion for HUMINT operations.
• Develops and implements exercise storylines and vignettes and all exercise master storyline events providing dynamic, on-call scripting during the exercise to ensure all training goals are met for HUMINT operations.
• The contractor shall drive a government vehicle to transport personnel and equipment to training as needed.
