Your Responsibilities

As a Landscaping Team Member, you will be our front-line hero, responsible for delivering exceptional care. Your role will include :

Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.

Working outdoors in various weather conditions and handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 80 pounds.

Ensuring daily operations are set for success, wrapping up each job with care.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, youll need :

Prior experience in landscaping or a similar service industry.

A clean driving history and experience driving a trailer.

A willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.

If you lack experience, you must be eager to complete training and obtain necessary certifications within six months.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $23.00, based on your experience and ability to lead a team.
