What We Are Looking For :
We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, results oriented Senior Sales Representative to join our lifeguard workwear & uniform apparel brand. This role will focus on expanding our reach within the Lifeguard, Swim and Emergency Services industries. The role is accountable for driving sales growth, identifying & closing lead generation opportunities, maintaining our world class client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record, outstanding communication skills, and experience or understanding of the lifeguard or similar industry. This role will manage an established portfolio of accounts.
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of the unique needs of aquatic professionals. This position works directly with external clients and internal teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment requiring excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The Senior Sales Representative is a pivotal role in generating quality business leads, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes productivity and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Growth : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned territories, industries, or accounts.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting new clients and expanding into new markets & industries.
- Account Management : Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis : Monitor and identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to align sales efforts with brand position and inventory availability.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records in our CRM and other sales tools. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Trade Shows & Events : Represent the brand at industry trade shows, share our brand story, generate leads, and promote products.
- Brand Representation : Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our brand story + values, product features, and relevant initiatives to clients and partners.
Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Minimum 5 years sales experience.Ideally has relevant experience in the Lifeguard IndustryBachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Strong proficiency in CRM systems like Sales Force and Microsoft Office.Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive attitude.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows (5–10%).Demonstrated problem-solving skills, initiative, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Additional Responsibilities :
