Job Description
Manage day-to-day field operations and ensure adherence to project schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly. Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to project managers. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and logs. Assist in planning and sequencing work to optimize efficiency. Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software and digital reporting tools. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
