JobSummary :
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. Reporting to the HR Manager and partnering closely with the HR Business Partners this role provides hands-on support in employee relations policy interpretation talent management and HR process improvement. The HR Generalist ensures a consistent and positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers by addressing general HR inquiries and guiding them to appropriate HR team members or resources.
