• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities :
• Gather patient history, record vital signs, and assist with intake assessments
• Administer medications and immunizations as prescribed
• Provide basic wound care, remove sutures, and assist with minor procedures
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications :
• NYS Licensed Practical Nurse
• Minimum
• 2 years of experience
• in
• ambulatory care, outpatient, or urgent care setting
• Required
• MUST HAVE
• prior phlebotomy and EKG experience (certifications preferred)
• IV Certification
• strongly preferred
