divh2Material Handler Opportunity / h2pAdecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire material handlers for a temp-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, packaging, labeling, sorting, and routing materialswhich may include chemicals. Youll also complete related documentation and operate equipment such as pallet jacks as needed. / ppKey Responsibilities : / pulliReceive inventory, sort, segregate, label, and store department materials in accordance with company procedures / liliRoute packaging materials to the appropriate departments / liliCoordinate receiving, shipping, and material handling transactions with relevant individuals and departments / liliAssist with or instruct others in preparing merchandise for shipment / liliMaintain accurate records of transactions, verifying shipments against bills of lading, invoices, or other documentation using Oracle or similar systems / liliOrganize stock for optimal efficiency and accessibility / liliOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely, following all safety guidelines when moving products / liliDeliver received products to their designated destinations / liliConduct physical inventory counts, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies with support from team leads or managers / liliPerform additional duties related to shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, finished goods, and storekeeping as assigned / lipQualifications : / pulliMinimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse, material handling, or similar rolepreferably in a manufacturing environment / liliHigh School Diploma or GED required / liliProficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) with basic math and computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Oracle preferred / liliSkilled in operating pallet jacks, hoists and / or jacks. / liliStrong attention to detail with a self-starting attitude and ability to work independently / liliReliable attendance record and availability to work scheduled shifts / liliPhysically capable of repetitive upper body movement and lifting occasionally over 50 lbs, regularly up to 40 lbs, and frequently under 20 lbs. / liliMust pass a client-specific background check / li / ulpBenefits of Working with Adecco : / pulliWeekly pay / liliOptional and occasional overtime opportunities / liliAccess to a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage / liliOpportunities for long-term employment and career growth / li / ulpAdecco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
