How You'll Make An Impact

Under general supervision, this role performs a broad range of accounting functions in support of servicing client collections. Key duties include : reviewing client invoices and payments; investigating reasons for unpaid balances; researching and resolving invoicing problems internally as well as with carriers; communicating with internal and external clients to acquire and / or convey information; and daily interactions with clients via phone to resolve accounting inquiries.

About You

Required : High School diploma and 2 years' accounting experience. Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. Great organizational skills and high attention to detail. Analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desired : Customer service experience. Work Traits : Exhibit integrity and creativity, representing the company in both client and team situations. Harmonious demeanor and ability to work both individually and in a team. Ability to prioritize and handle several tasks in a fluid work environment. Persistence, resiliency, and tolerant of stressful situations.
