Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health Care

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team in the Metro Detroit area. In this role, you will provide one-on-one home health care to patients, ensuring compassionate and professional support tailored to each individual’s needs.

This particular position serves patients located in Farmington Hills and involves shift-based care. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with tube feeding, bowel programs, and Hoyer lifts. The available hours are 7PM - 7 AM. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking a flexible schedule while gaining valuable clinical experience in a supportive environment.

Requirements

Active LPN License in the State of Michigan (Required)

Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Personal Transportation (Required)

Ability to utilize medical software via tablet and / or smartphone

Must pass a criminal background check (Required)

Eligibility to work in the United States (Required)

Medicare / OASIS experience (Preferred)

COVID-19 vaccination (Preferred)
