Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (Affordable Housing & Development)

Location : Financial District – Lower Manhattan, NYC (In-office)

Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 DOE

Schedule : Full-time, approx. 9AM–6PM (Paralegals bill around 1100 hrs / year, no strict requirement)

The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys on development-side transactions involving :

• Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) acquisitions and financings
• Sales, joint ventures, and complex development deals
• Title, survey, and due diligence review
• Coordination with lenders, title companies, and local municipalities
