Site Manager - KIDSTOP

Responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs within a designated site, such as education, social recreation, arts & crafts, and physical education. Plan, develop, oversee, implement, and supervise programs and program staff.

Essential duties and responsibilities include :

• Plan and oversee the administration of designated programs and activities that support positive youth development.
• Establish and maintain program goals and settings that ensure the health and safety of members.
• Ensure the evaluation of programs on a continual basis and ensure programs / activities respond to member needs and address their gender and cultural diversity.
• Control site program and activity expenditures within approved budget.
• Accurately complete weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.
• Allocate and monitor work assigned and supervise program staff and volunteers.
• Assure grant funded programs are running on a timely basis with timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee proper recordkeeping and reporting including parent accounts, activities and events conducted, breakdowns of daily participation figures, notable achievements, and any problems / issues.
• Ensure productive and effective performance by all program staff and volunteers.
• Exercise authority in problems relating to members, staff, parents, and school personnel.
• Promote membership in designated sites.
• Interpret standards, objectives, and programs of the Boys & Girls Club to staff, parents, and the general public.
• Responsible for developing effective programs that lead to the growth of the site.
• Plan and oversee special programs, committees, and / or events.
