Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Oil & Propane Salesperson, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new customer leads, maintaining existing customer relationships, and selling heating oil and fuel products to residential and / or commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, referrals, in-person visits, and online leads.
  • Present and sell heating oil and related services to residential and commercial customers.
  • Prepare and send customer contracts, quotes, and pricing information.
  • Maintain knowledge of current market pricing, trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company or generated independently.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Accurately maintain customer records and sales activity in CRM or company database.
  • Work closely with the dispatch, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
