Primary Responsibilities : Create a welcoming first impression as Wild Eggs’ ambassador, greeting guests with warmth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

• Greet and welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
• Manage reservations and wait list
• Escort guests to their tables while considering server rotation and section assignments
• Track table status and coordinate with servers and bussers to ensure timely table turnover
• Answer phones professionally and address customer inquiries
• Maintain an organized host station
• Monitor dining room capacity and manage wait times effectively
