Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Seeking board-certified Ob / Gyn for a full-time position in SW Pittsburgh, PA suburb.

• Hospital has 13 private postpartum and recovery rooms for obstetric patients and patients who have gynecologic surgery.
• Our birth center also includes five labor and delivery suites, a surgical delivery room, and a nursery with a Level 2 special care area for infants with special medical needs.
• Hospital Owned position, inpatient & outpatient coverage
• Inpatient Coverage : The recently renovated CARE Center for Family Birth and Women s Health features 13 private postpartum and recovery rooms for obstetric patients and patients who have gynecologic surgery. Our birth center also includes five labor and delivery suites, a surgical delivery room, and a nursery with a Level 2 special care area for infants with special medical needs.
• Approximately 60-75 deliveries per month.
• Outpatient Coverage : Typically see 30-40 patients per day in clinic
• Call Schedule : 1 : 6 nights and weekends with post call day off
• Ratio of OB to GYN : Fairly evenly split
• Will join hospital owned practice currently comprised of 6 OB / GYNs and 2 CRNPs
• Practice has 4 offices. All physicians rotate through the locations.
• Practice has been serving the tri-county area for more than 48 years
• Hospital has da Vinci Surgical System
