Position Overview

CUMULUS MEDIA | Atlanta has an immediate opening for a Digital Coordinator . The Digital Coordinator is an integral part of our media sales team and provides administrative support to the account executives & management team. The ideal candidate will be efficient, dependable, hardworking and can balance multiple deadline-oriented projects while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients (<$10,000), including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and providing progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative and development, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement to meet client goals.
• Maintain ongoing internal reporting and account trackers in order to provide ongoing details about account health, project timelines, growth opportunities, monthly billing, etc.
• Facilitate and support proposal development (including the build-out of media plans and client / industry research), ongoing monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Support strategic agency projects as needed (like onboarding a new platform, researching new products / partners, or setting up new offerings in our planning tools).
• Regularly report on digital sales pipeline and performance against growth targets.
• Additional duties as designated by the VP of Sale or Director of Sales.
