We are currently searching for a motivated and experienced Sr. Project Manager / Transportation Team Leader who manages projects and can lead a design team in EL Paso, TX .

This is an exciting opportunity to help continue to expand our services across the Texas Region and manage the operations of the Texas Engineering staff and win / manage projects. This position is responsible for complex engineering design tasks as well as marketing, business development, and client contact. Additional activities include managing the design and delivery of projects profitably while being actively involved in design issues and troubleshooting.

What you’ll be doing :

• Principal in Charge for all engineering design aspects of our El Paso office (marketing and operations)
• Be a practice builder – growing services, clients, and geography
• Serve as the lead with key client and contract management
• Recruit, develop and retain El Paso staff
• Manage transportation projects to meet financial and technical requirements
• Writing proposals
• Participating and / or leading interviews
• Performing contract negotiations
• Project work planning
• Supervising the execution of work
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations
• Participate in marketing and business development
