The Nurse Manager in the Ambulatory Surgery department at AMCH Main Campus is responsible for overseeing a fast-paced preoperative and postoperative unit with a focus on patient care excellence. This leadership role requires a minimum of five years of nursing experience, a BSN, and a current NYS license. The Nurse Manager coordinates communication and advocates for patients while supporting staff development in a patient-focused environment.

The Nurse Manager position in the Ambulatory unit at AMCH Main Campus has responsibility over a very fast paced area. The leadership position is in charge of the preoperative area as well as the Ambulatory (post op) unit. We have a very busy OR and great engaged staff. The position does require 5 years experience as a nurse. The candidate must have a NYS license and a BSN. We care for over 80 patients a day in a patient focused environment working very closely with Surgeons, Providers, Residents, Fellows, Nursing Students and Medical Students. Salary Range $89,731.20 - $148,054.40
