Job description
A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering who will lead the development of a secure, scalable platform and build a high-performing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Transform core technology vision into a cloud-agnostic, secure platform architecture
Drive the full development lifecycle from Alpha to MVP, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Recruit and mentor a top-tier engineering team while fostering a culture of technical excellence
Required Qualifications
10+ years in software engineering with 3-5 years in senior leadership at a SaaS company
Experience building and launching products from scratch in early-stage environments
Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker / Podman, and CI / CD pipelines
Expertise in microservices, event-driven systems, and architectural design
Strong strategic thinking skills related to architecture and competitive advantage
