Labor & Employment Attorney – Defense-Side Litigation

Location : Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $155,000 – $225,000 base + performance bonuses

Our client, a well-established Los Angeles-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its growing team. This position is ideal for attorneys with at least 5 years of labor and employment litigation experience, preferably including work with public entities.

What You’ll Do

• Represent employers in a range of labor and employment matters
• Handle litigation from inception to resolution, including discovery, depositions, and trial prep
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Advise clients on labor and employment compliance and risk management
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and complex legal issues
