HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Burlington, Vermont.

Title : CT Technologist

Location : Burlington, VT

Duration : 16 weeks

Shift : Rotating Day / Night, 4x10-Hour (08 : 00–18 : 00, 10 : 00–20 : 00); Every other weekend required

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
  • Independently scan trauma patients and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Start peripheral IVs (PIVs) as needed for contrast administration.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards.
  • Accurately document procedures and patient information in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
  • Participate in bi-weekly orientations and maintain schedule flexibility (no block scheduling).

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • ARRT (CT) certification required.
  • Active or pending Vermont radiologic technologist license (must apply at time of offer).
  • Minimum 1 year of recent CT technologist experience in a teaching hospital setting.
  • EPIC charting experience within the past 2 years (required).
  • Proficiency in trauma imaging and ability to start PIVs independently.
  • Previous travel experience preferred; first-time travelers not accepted.
  • Must be willing to work 2 of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day).
  • Reliable transportation required; public transit not available.
